Ruian Group Guangzhou Research Institute is a key strategic initiative and innovation engine for Ruian Group, with a presence in South China and a nationwide reach. Leveraging the Group's strong industrial foundation and R&D capabilities, and leveraging Guangzhou's location, talent, information, and policy advantages as a national central city and international hub for technological innovation, the Institute is committed to becoming the Group's leading R&D center and a hub for technological innovation in South China.
In October 2024, Shandong Ruian Biotechnology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' Key Laboratory for Agricultural Film Pollution Prevention and Control, officially established the "High-Performance Fully Biodegradable Mulch Film R&D and Application Innovation Research Institute" in the Jining New Materials Industrial Park in Shandong Province. Simultaneously, the center was designated as the North China Industrialization Demonstration Base of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' Key Laboratory for Agricultural Film Pollution Prevention and Control. This base, a core component of the national agricultural film pollution prevention and control strategy, leverages the technical support of the Institute of Agricultural Environment and Sustainable Development of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Ruian Bio's industrialization capabilities. The base focuses on key technological breakthroughs and large-scale application of fully biodegradable mulch films, striving to address the challenge of "white pollution" in agriculture.
