2. Proficient in at least one or more key processes related to dust cover production; 

3. Proficient in using AutoCAD for simple tooling design; Knowledge of 3D CAD software (such as SolidWorks, CATIA, UG/NX) is preferred; 

4. Capable of logical thinking and data analysis, able to quickly locate and solve complex technical problems; 

5. Familiar with relevant standards and specifications in the automotive industry.

1. Design, develop, and optimize the production process of automotive dust covers based on product design drawings and technical requirements; 

2. Resolve process technology issues in daily production, such as product defects, size deviations, equipment malfunctions, low efficiency, etc; 

3. Monitor and analyze key process parameters to ensure stable and controlled processes, and ensure product quality meets standards; 

4. Identify production bottlenecks and waste, lead or participate in continuous improvement projects, improve production efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and enhance product quality; 

5. Use quality tools (such as 8D, 5Why, fishbone diagram, SPC, etc.) to analyze quality issues that arise during the production process, identify root causes, and develop and implement effective corrective and preventive measures; 

6. Participate in internal and client quality audits, and handle technical issues in customer complaints.

1. More than 3 years of experience in the research and development, design, application, or technical services of upstream intelligent equipment/production lines in the shoe material foaming industry; 

2. Deep technical background in foaming equipment (supercritical foaming, chemical foaming, physical foaming, etc.), familiar with their working principles, core components, and process flow; 

3. Excellent ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems; 

4. Good communication and expression skills, able to engage in efficient technical communication with clients.

1. Responsible for the mechanical design, system integration, and process development of core equipment for shoe material foaming, such as supercritical foaming equipment and chemical foaming production lines; 

2. Participate in the planning and implementation of the overall layout, equipment selection, automation control scheme, and system integration of the intelligent production line for shoe materials; 

3. Deeply understand the needs of customers (shoe factories), provide them with professional foaming equipment and production line technical solutions, as well as pre-sales technical support; 

4. Solve equipment and process difficulties encountered by customers in production, provide comprehensive technical services such as debugging, maintenance, and upgrades, and improve product yield and production efficiency; 

5. Track new technologies and processes in global shoe material manufacturing, such as supercritical fluid technology and the application of new chemical foaming agents, and transform them into driving forces for equipment improvement and innovation.
