Green Production and Operations

Centered on low-carbon development across the entire supply chain, we will promote carbon footprint management throughout the entire process, from raw material procurement to final product, through intelligent manufacturing, a circular economy, and clean energy substitution. We plan a demonstration project of building zero-carbon factories and establish a digital energy and carbon management platform to monitor energy consumption and emissions data in real time and optimize production scheduling using AI algorithms. Furthermore, we will strengthen green supply chain access standards, requiring core suppliers to disclose carbon data and implement emission reduction measures, jointly creating a green value chain from factory to market.

Green Technology Innovation

Green technology is the core engine for Ruian Group to seize the commanding heights of future competition. Ruian will focus on low-carbon process innovation and new materials research and development. Leveraging Ruian's innovation platform and industry-university-research joint laboratories, we will promote the large-scale application of new patented technologies. Furthermore, we will develop high-end green material products and accelerate the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements by establishing a "Zero Carbon Transformation Fund" and a green technology incubator.
