On June 16, 2025, the Party branch of Shandong Ruian New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. held a meeting of Party members and representatives of the masses in the Party member activity room to democratically recommend candidates for Party membership applicants. A total of 21 Party members were supposed to attend the meeting, but 2 Party members and 15 representatives of the masses actually showed up, which met the required number.

Comrades Han Baoteng, Li Shuai and Du Yike successively read their applications for Party membership. The secretary of the Party branch introduced their basic situations and current performances. After a secret ballot, all three comrades were unanimously recommended by all the Party members and representatives of the masses. The meeting decided to agree to list Comrades Han Baoteng, Li Shuai and Du Yike as candidates for active applicants for Party membership, and will submit them to the branch committee for research and determination in accordance with the procedures.
